Every listing is rechecked against its official pricing page. This log records what changed: 313 additions, removals and plan changes so far, newest first. Each listed tool links to its page, which cites the official pricing page it was checked against. "Back on the list" means a tool we had dropped is listed again because its official page now confirms the free plan.
