Each tool below covers one of those jobs on a free plan. The catch with free plans is usually the address: free websites live on the builder's subdomain until you pay for your own domain. Every limit comes from the vendor's own pricing page.

Yes. Strikingly, SITE123 and Wix all have free plans (checked 2026-10-26). Your site will use the builder's subdomain, and connecting your own domain needs a paid plan.
Which free website builder needs no credit card?
SITE123's FAQ says no credit card is required for a free website, and Wix lists "No credit card required" on its Free plan. Strikingly's pricing page does not say either way.
